Tracify provides public data lookup for UK phone numbers using open sources only. We do not access private databases, addresses, or sensitive personal data.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions auto-renew Weekly
• Payments via Stripe
• Cancel anytime: Cancel here
• 14-day refund if <3 searches used

5. User Obligations

• Use only for lawful purposes
• Do not abuse service (e.g., bulk scraping)
• Do not reverse-engineer or copy results
• Respect data subjects' privacy

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Tracify for:

• Harassment, stalking, or threats
• Illegal activities
• Commercial resale of data
• Spam or marketing

7. Accuracy & Limitations

Results are from public sources and not guaranteed accurate. We make no warranties. Use at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and data aggregation methods are owned by Tracify Ltd. Personal use only — no redistribution.

9. Termination

• You can cancel anytime
• We may suspend for violations
• No refunds after 14 days or >3 searches

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracify is not liable for:

• Inaccurate results
• Third-party actions
• Indirect damages

Maximum liability: amount paid in last 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes in London courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms. Continued use = acceptance. We'll notify via email for material changes.
